Bill was born in Farrell, PA on May 12, 1936 to his beloved parents James and Anna Costas. He was a lifelong and dedicated employee of the North American Aircraft, Rockwell Aerospace and Boeing Corporations. During his career, he developed, manufactured and tested space propulsion systems supporting the Atlas, Apollo and Space Shuttle programs.
